What Size Should I Order If I Have Never Tried Onex's?
Onex's tend to run smaller than other brands because they are built using Italian bottoms, which follow European sizing standards more closely than U.S. For this reason it is recommended that you order 1/2 to 1 full size larger than your usual size.
We will be more than happy to exchange your order for another size if you feel that the shoe is either too big or too small.
When Will This Item Be Back In Stock?
To be notified when a particular item that we currently offer and you are interested in will be back in stock, please select the style, color, and size that is currently marked with "X" and click on "Notify Me When Available".
You will be prompted to enter your email address which will automatically email you once that size has been replenished!
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
You can track your orders status at any time using your orders tracking page which is sent as your confirmation email after you place your order.
The total time to receive your order is a combination of processing time of our warehouse + carrier shipping time.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. It is then shipped and picked up from one of our shipping carriers.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. (PST) on business days begin processing on that day. For orders placed after 12 p.m. (PST) we will begin processing on the next business day.
The carrier estimated shipping time is displayed to you during checkout. Delivery time is based on your location, we are based out of Southern California.

You will be able to specify which item(s) you would like to return, reason for returning, and desired return option. Returns are only possible if they adhere to our Return Policy

How do I Exchange?
To Start an Exchange
- Please click on the following link Start Exchange or visit onexshoes.loopreturns.com with your order number and email or shipping zip code associated with your order.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to exchange and select the reason for exchanging.
- You will be presented to either exchange for a new size, or exchange for a new color and/or style that is the same price as the original item.
- After going through this process for each item you wish to exchange you will then go be able to review your return request.
- At this point you will be presented two options:
If in the rare circumstance that the item you requested to exchange is no longer in stock, we will let you know and refund your purchase.
Full Return Policy
Thank you for ordering one of our distinctive Onex styles. We are quite confident you will be pleased. Nevertheless, because everyone’s feet are different, these may not feel right on your feet. We are, of course, pleased to extend to you the convenience of trying on shoes in the comfort of your own home. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the footwear to us within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or an exchange if you prefer another size or color.
We respectfully request that you do not wear new footwear outside or on hard floor until you know you are happy with the fit, style, and color. To protect all of our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness we cannot accept returns of any footwear that show even the slightest evidence of wear, damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents. Thank you for your cooperation!
For an item to be eligible for Return/Exchange:
- It must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, all purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- In original condition, any shoes that have slightest indication of wear or any of the reasons stated above are non-returnable
- In original shoe box, please keep the box as we consider this part of the product, until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
We offer free exchanges on domestic U.S. orders!
For refunds on your original payment method, we charge a small $5.00 restocking fee, which is deducted from the total of your refund.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to print and affix to your package on domestic orders.
In the rare circumstance that there is a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item has been sent, errors on our part are fully refunded.
Credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 14 business days of receiving return.
Special Notes for Canadian Customers
Due to the nature of shipping internationally there are special exceptions to our return policy for orders shipped to Canada.
We currently are unable to process exchanges for Canadian orders, if you would like to exchange for another item, please start a return request and place a new order for the style you wish to purchase.
As per our Shipping Policy original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are subject to the full shipping cost of returning the item back to us. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Full Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We can only ship to states within continental U.S. and Hawaii at this time. We cannot ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Islands, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We ship using UPS or USPS. A physical address and phone number is required for all shipments. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that shipping transit times vary depending on customer’s location.
California Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.
International Shipping (Canadian Residents)
We are currently unable to make international shipments, we apologize for the inconvenience. The only exception is those customers who are Canadian Residents. Please note for Canadian Residents Onex Shoes can ship using standard ground services only.
Any customs, duty, or other fees will be at the expense of the customer. These charges are additional and charged by Canadian Boarder Services Agency, outside of Onexshoes.com.

Please note: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipment has been rejected because the shipping carrier was unable to collect Duty and Tax Payment, the shipping cost to return the item(s) back to us will be deducted from your refund.

Our Shipping Rates are based on both the shipping destination and quantity of items ordered.
Delivery Time
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is typically 2-7 business days from time of process depending on shipping location. There could be delays due to unforeseen or circumstances outside of our control which we will do our best to communicate with you.

Warranty
Warranty Policy
We pride ourselves on decades of building some of the most comfortable, quality shoes and sandals available, however, like most shoe brands we cannot guarantee how long our shoes will last as individuals wear them differently, use them in different climates, and expose them to elements that can increase the natural breakdown of materials. Shoes, even when not worn, can naturally degrade over time and at different rates because of these uncontrollable variables. Please note that worn insoles are considered a normal part of the wear process.
If you have purchased a shoe from one of our authorized resellers, please contact them directly according to their return policy.
We stand behind our product if your shoe clearly shows defects in materials or workmanship FOR 365 DAYS from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase. We will do our best within reason to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This limited warranty does not cover modified products or damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident or the natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear. We will not be able to refund your original purchase or guarantee replacement of styles that have been discontinued. In addition products purchased with excessive sales discount of 50% off or more from product's original MSRP are not qualified.
A note about unauthorized retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorized to sell on Amazon, many are not. Onex does not offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorized resellers.
Onex does not authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Onex does not offer any refunds or credits for Onex products purchased on eBay.
